These are very good! I have been on a low-carb diet for months, tried just about everything available, and these bars are as good as it gets for low carb. It is a great bar for breakfast, leaves no after-taste, and you can actually tell what flavor it is without reading the label. Give them a try! I'm hoping they don't stop making them, everything else I liked seems to be discontinued.
